Order processing

Orders are typically reviewed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasonal windows, collection launches, or periods of unusual demand, processing may take longer as we maintain handling standards rather than rush fulfillment.

Business days do not include weekends or major public holidays. Processing time refers to the care required before the parcel enters the carrier network. Transit time begins only after the shipment is scanned and in motion.

Transit and delivery expectations

Transit times vary by destination, carrier routing, customs review, and seasonal volume. Expedited options, when available, affect transit speed rather than the care required for internal preparation.

Once a parcel has been tendered to the carrier, final delivery timing is largely controlled by the shipping provider. ProPriceHub cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, but we aim to set expectations with realism and communicate clearly once tracking becomes available.

  • Carrier delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or regional service disruption are outside our direct control.
  • If a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members and nearby drop-off areas first.

Packaging and product protection

We package orders with a strong focus on cleanliness, accuracy, and protection during transit. Packaging methods are selected to reduce shipping damage as the order moves through the carrier network.

For products with special handling needs or higher transit risk, we may adjust packing methods according to weather, route conditions, or destination requirements.

Address issues, failed delivery, and returned parcels

If a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect address, shipping delays or return-to-sender events may occur. If we are able to catch an address problem before dispatch, we may contact you for confirmation. If the parcel has already shipped, address correction options may be limited and can involve additional carrier fees.

When a package is returned because it was undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we will review the order and contact the customer regarding reshipment or refund eligibility. Original shipping charges, return fees, or redelivery costs may not be refundable depending on the situation.

For time-sensitive orders, severe weather periods, or address correction requests, contact us as early as possible after checkout.
